Dimitris Arapis holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and holds an MBA in Tourism Management from the University of Piraeus. He currently serves as a Vice-Mayor for Construction and General Planning at Municipality of Piraeus. He has vast experience in the study and supervision of technical works and constructions. He is a third class energy inspector having in his assets a large number of energy inspections as well as long experience in the licensing and construction of health interest stores and in the arbitrary regulations with the laws 4014 / 2011,4178 / 2013 and 4495/2017. He is also an expert of the Technical Chamber of Greece, as well as a representative of the Technical Chamber of Greece in the licensing committee of the Piraeus Dental Association.
